Smoked Cream Cheese

Ingredients:

1 8oz. block Cream Cheese

Favorite flavor of Black Pearl Rub

Directions:

Smoke cream cheese at 200 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Customer used Black Pearl’s Cherry Habanero to sprinkle on cream cheese. Make the glaze (3 T. of dry rub to a pint of Apple jelly, yum)

Liberally sprinkle your seasoning on the top and sides of your block of cream cheese.

Score the top of cream cheese, and smoke! If using a rub that makes a glaze, spread a layer of glaze on top of the cream cheese after an hour then smoke the cream cheese for the balance of time, 20 minutes.

Serve with veggies of sorts and or your favorite crackers.
