SIRLION TIP ROAST SOUS VIDE STYLE

INGREDIENTS:

  • Sirloin Tip Roast

  • Black Pearl’s Steak and Brisket Seasoning or Chops and Burgers Seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Encrust roast with choice of either Black Pearl’s Steak and Brisket Seasoning or Chops and Burgers Seasoning

  • Sous Vide 6-8 hours at 132 degrees. Let rest 1 hour or until room temperature

  • Refrigerate for several hours which makes slicing easier. SLICE THIN
