Sirloin Tip Roast
Black Pearl’s Steak and Brisket Seasoning or Chops and Burgers Seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS:
Encrust roast with choice of either Black Pearl’s Steak and Brisket Seasoning or Chops and Burgers Seasoning
Sous Vide 6-8 hours at 132 degrees. Let rest 1 hour or until room temperature
Refrigerate for several hours which makes slicing easier. SLICE THIN
